Sorry I didn't know that, as I don't use it, since January.Did you allow the Google Toolbar to be installed by leaving it checked upon install of CCleaner?
If so, just go into add/remove programs, find and uninstall it.
BTW - @ddelo - It is still bloated, even with Slim.

I have stopped using it, but I am not saying everyone else must not use it. To each his own I guess.
I don't know. I've only ever used the free version. Instead of the Pro version of Ccleaner I tend to use this which has most of the features:

Avoid registry cleaner though.
I'm using the 5.56 free version. I disabled updates and block outbound requests for CCleaner64.exe in Windows Firewall. No prompts to update, no adds. no anything, just stays at 5.56 and runs as I want it to. I'm happy with it.
And believe it or not, I still run the registry cleaner every now and then because it makes me feel good. I also have good Macrium backups
CCleaner is still a good product if you know what functions you need.
The free version is just fine for the vast majority of users.
CCleaner, Wise Disk Cleaner, et al, each have benefits, and drawbacks (or caveats, if you will). They're only tools. As with any tool, know how to use and not use, and understand why you are using it. If you're not sure what will happen, don't do it. If you don't know why you are doing it, you probably have no business holding the tool.
Common sense prevails.
