    The Piriform team would like to announce the latest release of CCleaner for Windows.
    This update adds more cleaning for Edge and a screen where you can review your subscription status. Additionally, the Avast offer in the CCleaner installer is no longer shown if you have previously declined it.
    If you have suggestions for what you'd like to see next in CCleaner, please drop by our forums and let us know in our suggestions area.
    Browser Cleaning

    • Edge: Added new 'Set aside tabs' cleaning rule

    Windows Cleaning

    • Added warning for 'Old prefetch data' cleaning rule

    General

    • Minor user interface improvements

    The Standard Edition comes with an option to Install Avast...Maybe this will ne one of the programs Windows Defender will remove on March 1st.

    Thanks downloaded and installed did not give me time unclick avast did not like me uninstalling it took 20 minutes to do

    Offered Avast on 2 PC's and Chrome on the third, that was using the same installer..... Third PC used to have Avast on it up until 2 years ago.

    No Offer on My 2 Systems i updated Ccleaner given, and i paid careful attention, but perhaps both systems still have Avast Installed, and Chrome, so it detected not to offer anything.

    I update to each new version of CCleaner but for some reason I've never had Avast offered. I've searched my HD a registry but no traces of Avast found.

    The option to install AVAST was "pre-checked" on my update. Been caught once by them, ain't gonna happen again.
