Latest CCleaner Version Released  

Just installed this version Cliff,no mention of avast during installation or Chrome. I swear it's getting slower with each update though.

CCleaner just updated itself this morning (task scheduler entry) from v5.44.6575 > v5.44.6577. Minor bump, so appears to be a bug fix or the like. Turned Monitoring on all by itself, too.

Just turned my laptop on, and same thing, updated itself.

Best bet TC, would be to log on to their forum, and see if you can find any news about this update.

Saw where Steven just made a post 1 hour ago......but nothing on your new update posted yet

Just an update...... for kicks, I put the previous version on of CCleaner Pro .6575. All activated. Ran the scheduled task CCleaner Update. No change. Check manually and got



So, since there is still no mention of the .6577 version anywhere on the planet, I have to assume Piriform boo-booed and shoved some kind of update out to some (maybe only paid/pro...don't know), then pulled it real quick.

I'm back on the published version .6575.

Case closed................

The only place I've seen 6577 version mentioned is on Filehippo Download CCleaner 5.44.6577 - FileHippo.com

Think I'll stay on what's released from Piriform. Looks weird.......
