The Standard Edition comes with an option to Install Avast...Maybe this will ne one of the programs Windows Defender will remove on March 1st.
Thanks Mike
Thanks downloaded and installed did not give me time unclick avast did not like me uninstalling it took 20 minutes to do
Offered Avast on 2 PC's and Chrome on the third, that was using the same installer..... Third PC used to have Avast on it up until 2 years ago.
No Offer on My 2 Systems i updated Ccleaner given, and i paid careful attention, but perhaps both systems still have Avast Installed, and Chrome, so it detected not to offer anything.
I update to each new version of CCleaner but for some reason I've never had Avast offered. I've searched my HD a registry but no traces of Avast found.
The option to install AVAST was "pre-checked" on my update. Been caught once by them, ain't gonna happen again.
