    In this version, the CCleaner app now recognizes the new storage location for cookies that applies to Chromium-based web browsers, such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. We’ve also added cleaning support for versions of Firefox downloaded from the Microsoft Store.

    [Patch update v5.89.9401] We have released a hotfix to resolve an issue that was preventing the app update process from fully completing for a relatively small percentage of users. In the majority of cases, this patch update will be applied automatically over the next 24 hours when you next run CCleaner.

    If you have disabled automatic updates, you can download the patch installer directly from CCleaner.com. You do not need to uninstall the current version of CCleaner before running the installer.

    5.91 installs their Owner CC Browser automatically, even after I unchecked it... all 750mb of it....
    no wonder M$ lists CCleaner as a PUP.

HI All In Process of repairing a Avast issue on Mom's PC, decided to update to latest version of Ccleaner at same time, well before I had Avast back in, Defender detected a Trojan and deleted it, I thought that problem was all solved weeks ago, ...

My version is Build 10240 pushed to me from MS. I have it on a desktop Pc and a Thinkpad 450. Theres is a lot of errors in the eventviewer on both Pc's and it is the same errors. About 8 perflib errors when starting up and a lot of ESENT errors...
