Just fyi for anyone else that might wonder like I did...
I went ahead and removed CCleaner, and installed through the store just to try it out.
I had hoped it would add it to my library and keep it updated with my other store apps.
But sadly that is not the case. It behaves just the same as installing it from their website.
Nothing gained.... Nothing lost.

That's because the store now supports PWA apps, and normal desktop(system32) apps along with UWP.
@Superfly has already published his SMACC desktop app in the store

Yes, I found the same thing with the Store version of Firefox. There is one thing that's lost though. It will only be available to the account that installs it from the Store, if you want to use it in multiple accounts then each one has to install it from the Store.
