Try clicking on it more than just once ....it still shows me same screen I posted on here .....so trying clicking on check for updates MORE than just once...

When you go to Options > About, does it show you as the registered owner?

Yes it does show my as registered owner ....

I was just going to change my post. Yes, it is erratic. Go in and out and get different responses. Back to back and different responses. It's sick.

Looks like it's giving semi-random answers, if it doesn't outright hang on you.

Thanks again TC ....

Well, it gave me the right result, then a re-click gave me the error result, closed the app, re-opened and got the error result first click. Ran the cleaner set to my options, and a re-click gave me the right result. Weird. Thanks for bringing this to our attention Mike.
