If you've blocked it in your firewall:

You get a delay of around 5 seconds on launch while it checks for an internet connection.

If you add these to your Hosts file the delay vanishes:

Anyone else experienced problems with 5.69.7865 ?

It worked okay for the first few runs then caused 100% disk usage and unresponsive system.

Installed 5.68.7820 and no problems.
