OneNote for Windows 10

Greetings!

Just wondering if someone knows if the clipping tool is also in the One Note edition that comes with Windows 10?
Tried the regular Windows key + S, but no joy.

Windows key + S brings up Search on my Win10 Pro.

The Snipping Tool exists in Start, W, Windows Accessories and I have OneNote in the Notification Area with a choice of Send to OneNote. I haven't gone further with it yet.

I gave up! Installed Office with One Note instead, and now its working with Windows key + S as intended.
