    Xbox App choppy/laggy in menu


    When I click any menu button or alt+tab out or check achievements or anything in the Xbox app it either lags for about 5 seconds to 5 minutes or it will just freeze completely and never come back and I just have to restart a game. I talked to a Xbox tech about it and she just didn't speak English well enough for her to get what I was saying. When I tried to show her a video of it she said she cant visit 3rd party websites. She just went on and on asking if I was sure my PC can handle it even though I assured her that my PC can handle triple A games on ultimate or high graphics and I play tons of steam and oculus rift games with no lag. I was wondering if anyone has a solution. One of my solutions I thought up was to run in compatibility mode for windows 8 but I cant find where the Xbox app is installed and right clicking doesn't bring up the menu to do it. Here is a short video of an example of the lag, when you see the rapid movement of my mouse that's me clicking everywhere on the screen to show that nothing works right after I get to the achievement thing.
    I do not have an XBOX hooked up so it has nothing to do with an Xbox and this happens whether on WiFi or hard line connection. The problem is pretty bad if I happen to bring up an Xbox app menu while playing a game, when I play jetpack joyride for instance, if I touch the top or the bottom of the screen with my mouse it brings up the Xbox app title thing and it freezes the game for about 5-20 seconds and sometimes permanent.

    Cant help with the issue unfortunately

    But have you tried the beta version from the store, I installed this a while back and it seems to work much better than the main version

    have you tried uninstalling them re installing
    option 2 here give the process for removing xbox app

    I uninstalled it and now I cant reinstall it. I get an error code 0x80073d05 when I try to download it.
