    It wasn't there. No idea why as I copied the entire Image-Health folder from my Downloads directory to the root of C:. It's there now.

    Just started Image-Health.cmd, options 3 then 0. Failed.

    Code:
    ===============================================================================
      Press 0 - Use the Source:ESD:Install.esd as Repair Method ( soure:esd: )
      Press 1 - Export Install.esd to Install.wim as Repair Source ( source:wim: )
      Press 2 - Mount the Windows Image as the Repair Source ( Recommended )
    ===============================================================================
    > Enter Your Option: 0

    ===============================================================================
      Dism is restoring the online image health using the source Install.esd
      Please Wait.. This will take 10-15 minutes or more..
    ===============================================================================

    Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=243077.

    The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log
    Press any key to continue . . .
    Log from Image-Health.cmd: Dism Details.txt

    This is from CBS.log for this last DISM run: Attachment 123063

    From CBS.txt:
    Code:
    2017-02-27 22:14:46, Info CBS Exec: Addsource called, Session: 30577008_3497776280, Client: DISM Package Manager Provider, from GPO: No, Path: C:\Image-Health\esd:D:\sources\install.esd:1
    2017-02-27 22:14:46, Warning CBS The alternate source path directory could not be accessed [HRESULT = 0x8007007b - ERROR_INVALID_NAME]
    So even though install.esd is where it is supposed to be, DISM cannot access it.

    @ Kyhi
    I was looking for the .WIM download to create a DVD or flash drive to install Win 10 pro.
    As I said tech bench is n/a.
    I am not an experienced user so it may be in the post you kindly sent but I do not see it.
    I run SFC and DISM commands successful that is why I want the .WIM file download not the .ESD.
    I did copy an .ESD file you said would work with DISM so if that is true I am ok with it.
    Thank you
    Peter

    I also used Rufus to create a flash drive and it boots okay.

    Check the hash, make sure you have a good copy perhaps? This is what mine is:

    Attachment 44007
    >>@ Ztruker - Rich if I want to use a flash drive, do I download Rufus and follow prompts to make a bootable disc fro the ISO Kyhi gave?
    If I want to make a bootable DVD do I burn it to disc ? I have the ISO you sent me a long time ago which works to clean install Win 10 Pro .WIM but want to learn this as it is not fresh in my mind.
    Thank you

    Just Mount the ISO and copy the contents of the ISO to a FAT32 Formatted USB Stick..
    Or just right-click the ISO and select burn to disk

    No need to use Rufus > ever...

    >>Kyhi- I tried to right click your brownish win ISO down loader to mount but it does not.
    I guess I am confusing apples with oranges here?

    you have to download the ISO from the hosting website - then you can right-click the downloaded ISO and burn to disk or copy contents to USB.. x64 ISO about 1.2GB

    >>Dear Kyhi
    I copied the files from an ISO file of Win 10 to a DVD and also to a flash drive for a spare.
    I was told you cannot just copy an ISO's files to a DVD or flash drive and expect it to boot.
    You seemed to indicate I can.
    I do not know if I will be installing win 10 cleanly or just running it.
    Do I need to start over or am I OK?
