None of the PESE links work.

What about the host service that the developer of ADWCleaner uses?
ToolsLib - Frequently asked questions
I just can't seem to find any info about file size limitations. Will have to contact them.
Google (BETA) Cloud Platform has a 1GB max.
Amazon CodePipeline charges $1 per month per active item.
BitBucket is a not free.
OneDrive claim "You receive additional sharing bandwidth frequently throughout the day. How close you are to the limit depends on how many users download your files. Generally the files which are being consumed the most are the ones shared most broadly or those largest in size." But, that's obviously not happening.
Yup, the unpredictable traffic is the problem with large files... I'm no expert at this sort of thing but it will be nice to know how to get hosting that does not limit traffic without having to pay to help others.
Let me see what ToolsLib say - RKILL & ADWCleaner both use them, and there is no charge, but those are small downloads (they do however, have minimal ads).
Got an answer from ToolsLib:
Hello,
The current limit is 300M, but it can be increased if needed.
Best regards,

Maybe we should pursue this further?
OK... while you pursue that avenue...
I'll look into delta's (as we all have original Win 8/10 iso's anyway) we can create PESE iso's from the difference... theoretically anyway. For those that may not know - a delta is the difference between a standard and a modified - an app (like SmartVersion) can transform the original into what the delta restricts it to.
EDT: Geez, my typing is so slow... I miss most stuff... so you guys got a plan then?
