Option 9: Sfc /scannow from within Image Health

Running Option 9 now... fingers crossed!
And the result is "Windows Resource Protection found corrupted files and successfully repaired them." So just after a DISM run new corruptions have been found but... repaired.

Let's run an elevated Powershell sfc /scannow to double check the results:

I am glad to be of help for a better use of Image Health.

There are still some questions about the system integrity:

    - PS sfc/scannow *confirm* the errors correction performed by Image Health.
    - CMD confirms * no errors in sfc / scannow
    - PS does *not recognize/complete (blinking cursor)* that initial command to extract SR results so Powershell is still damaged or the below command is wrong?
    Get-Content -path $env:windir'\logs\cbs\cbs.log' | Select-String -Pattern '[SR]' | Set-Content $env:USERPROFILE'\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt'
    - CMD does not manage again (blinking cursor) that equivalent command: findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >"%userprofile%\desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
Both apparently do not complete the commands. But then when I quitted PS and CMD, the sfcdetails.txt files appeared on the desktop. It's not clear what is preventing for completing the executions when still in PS & CMD.
Attached are both of them; PS file is quite larger so it's been zipped. So the two commands are not equivalent.

Run SFC and the details.txt file will be placed on your desktop

sfcdetails automatically placed on the desktop

    Great! That's correct!
I really like the last sfcdetails.txt 4 rows I am reading:
Info CSI 00007590 [SR] Verify complete
Info CSI 00007591 [SR] Repairing 0 components
Info CSI 00007592 [SR] Beginning Verify and Repair transaction
Info CSI 00007593 [SR] Repair complete
    Thank you.

    Hello,

Kyhi gently told me to try this tool that was created here. I read quickly the posts and it is nice! But unfortunately I tried download it several times and Chrome gave me the message: unknown network error. Can someone check if the file is ok, or if it's possible upload in another server. I just clicked, it starts to download and when it gets the end, after a small delay it shows that message above. Thanks!!!

    Both were the same message
