Fat32 for UEFI support, but the current version of my PE requires SecureBoot disabled, because of the included Acronis Driver..

Jimmy just for your information, from your Win10RT File Explore(I am a curious person) I tried running some of my installed programs(on C:) from your Recovery environment, and a few worked-Ccleaner, Tweaking(dot)com's Windows Repair, 7Zip, UltraSearch, Macrium from my C: drive too, another words installable programs that also have the option of using a desktop.ini(install/portable hybrid's) file instead of the registry.
Also all my saved(in C:\ Documents CMD scripts run too.
I tried MBAM but it gave me the error that sfc.dll is missing, but of course SFC & DISM run in CMD.

For testing copy the HOST C;\windows\system32\sfc.dll
    to X:\windows\system32\sfc.dll

and do the same if dll in syswow64 folder

sfc.dll may not be included in PE and the program you are trying to run is dependent on that dll..

Remember we develop PE around the Programs we run within PE
So the program you are running may have dependancies not included.. thus the Joy Of development..

Edit: you could also test by running the Programs installer within PE, although may still find missing dependencies

Also remember that you are running the PE OS from system memory..
Nothing is saved anywhere within the PE OS once PE is shut down...
Any changes made to the HOST system are saved....

Ok thanks again, I will change it back to fat32.....Funny I have been a paid user of Acronis since 2009, and just stopped using it about 2 months ago, because I now use Macrium Reflect. I even have paid for my Acronis 2015 upgrade....even thou I don't use it anymore.

PE has nothing to do with Host System or any programs you may have or paid for...

PE depends upon itself, it's files and the programs developed for use within PE...

You do not even need an OS or HDD to use PE Environment, as it is totally independent all unto itself..

    Macrium is included in PE

So I needed not only sfc.dll but sfc_os.dll, copy & paste did the job- and now I'm scanning
I had also tried installing MBAM in the recovery environment, and it didn't function either without those 2 libraries.

    MBAM = https://www.malwarebytes.org/lp/sem/...FREoaQodSYwJZw ????

That is a program that requires purchase and product registration / activation ...

So not really a program we would develop - useless their is a Free public licence
Try here, the orange button is the free one: https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Ok Kyhi I changed the format back to fat32, went into bios and turned off my secureboot. Changing that option thou gave me big red screen before making the change, as my computer didn't want me to turn secureboot off, even to the point of after changing that option and rebooting, it asked me again during the boot process if I was sure, and made me enter a 4 digit code to verify the change. Anyhow, Your recovery usb program booted right up with no problems!!! Looks real nice, lots of features for the user. I can see that you put in a lot of work into this recovery tool. Nice Work Sir !!!
Wish I didn't have to turn off my secureboot thou. I've already turned it back on. I will remember in the future to turn it off if I need to use this recovery tool. Again Kyhi VERY GOOD Recovery Tool loaded with good features!!!!

Is it scanning C; (host) or scanning X; (PE) ???

As I found the trial version - but not an option to scan an Off-line Windows image
or re-direct the scan to another version of windows

So I needed not only sfc.dll but sfc_os.dll
I will make a development note to include those files for time being

Also, if you know how to
    you can mount the boot.wim
copy the needed files into mounted boot.wim
    then commit the boot.wim

That way, you can save the files into your PE
