Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk

Sometimes I get a lot of refurbrished laptop/notebook that need testing, a lot of them with nvidia or amd vga have bad vga chip. Picture is ok in windows untill I install vga drivers, or sometimes it installs drivers but crashes in games. Having live windows with vga drivers would be a lot better than installing whole windows and drivers on the laptop and then figuring out that the vga cannot run 3D.
I tried using vga memory stress test but it looks like vga memory is not the problem.
Unless you know some program that would stress test vga without drivers being installed.
I'm usually testing with furmark but it needs opengl files and drivers to work.

I download Furmark and created an application for use in WinPE..
Again the issue you would have is having the Required Video Drivers..
You could create a Drivers Folder - then use Device manager To Search Your Drivers Folder Data Base for needed system driver..
Issue you may have is if Video Driver or Stress testing require a system re-boot (which is not feasible) as WinPE relies mostly on memory - so not really a Live OS

I tried several ways to do it but as far none worked properly:
    1. loaded live win and install driver from usb - mostly it requires restart to work - so no good. DLC1 x64 live win installed the driver with device manager and changed the resolution but would not run furmark - error missing opengl
    2. use dism to unmount wim file with live win and add drivers, then repack it. - didn't work driver not loaded
    3. installed normal windows on hdd, then deleted C disk and left the boot partition alone, used WinNTsetup to install live win to C disk from its .wim ( needs to be forced as X: drive), it would give error about missing boot files but they already exist from the normal win installation. Then use the live win booted from hdd to add drivers to it like it was normal installation. Would capture it later into .wim with dism but could not install driver properly or it would not boot after restart.

I had problems with downloading ISOs but I managed to download them with "Free Download Manager", several times the download broke with error server has disconnected or something but after a minute it would resume the download.

Question - do you guys know of a live os where you could test VGA cards ? I tried DLC1, gandalfs, strelec, hirens10, medicat, usually does not want to install drivers, just once got the dlc1 to install drivers but furmark would not run because opengl files are missing from OS.
    skydecboot - AWSOME SUGGESTION

I downloaded the "Free Download Manager" and it worked like a champ. Downloaded the 1.2GB file in 18 mins...and HASH checks out.

Many thanks for making the suggestion.

    @Kyhi

Perhaps change the link to the thread 'wiki' (ShowKeyPlus - Windows 10 Forums) - albeit I don't have any immediate plans to release a new version -- just saves you the hassle of updating the link...

Seems very complicated just to create a boot-able device? I don't even know where to start. What the heck is this for?

    3) Run proper Batch File to add the FAT32 Bootable Partition to your host Boot Menu Options

I get: "Couldn't Mount File" "Disk Image File is Corrupt"

    The Hash didn't match!

Downloaded again, still Hash don't match!

I'm just checking if there are any updates and I noticed that Win10XPE_1803R_180908_x64 has been taken down? This is the one I currently have.

I don't understand what that means and getting tired of trying to make sense of this.
