In summary:

1. I didn't see Unblock for ImageHealthcmd Properties so couldn't select it
2. Don't know why it's failing after using Option 16 to download then mount the compatible ISO file

Any help in repairing my online image and understanding what is going on would be greatly appreciated. TIA

When you Download files from the Internet, sometime they are blocked from running by your PC, thus you have to UNBLOCK the program to allow it to run... Thus in your case - it was not applicable.

The hash mis-match is a MS issue and should be resolved by MS in a future update..

This tool is completely different to Macrium Reflect. This is a repair tool, Macrium is an imaging tool.
