I was wondering how can I use these tools to restore my system using Recovery OEM Partition. I tried the hp recovery manager and the options to restore are greyed out probably because I resized my C drive and updated my OS to 10 from 8.1. So, is there a way using these tools that I can access my partition and make it to be recognized for factory restoring my laptop to its original OS.

Yes you can and may not need to use this media..
from command prompt (admin) type each line at a time

    Diskpart
    list disk
    select disk 0
    list partition
    exit
    reagentc /info

Post a pic of that command window..

I'm gonna watch this Kyhi - I have a system here right now that was ransomed/locked by scammers and I can't get to Advanced Options to take me to the recovery partition, so I need to do this as well. :)

Booted again into the HP recovery manager using F11 at startup. The option for recovery is still greyed out.

I created a recovery drive using the option available in start menu. It asked me do I want to recover by keeping files or remove everything. I did the second option. Once its done, I will report back!
