    Can you add an additional AV scanner if possible, qihoo 360 total security seems a great choice due to sheer number of engines.

    sorry to be a bother but your work on this is astounding! I would add it myself but i am still discovering the win10 PE scene after leaving the custom hirens BD community

    It should be there.. Contained within the PE boot.wim

    Windows/System32/KBD*.dll

    this also does the job (for a french keyboard) / run it from command prompt
