    Thanks Kyhi.

FILES.FM does not allow me to update existing files without re-uploading newer files and then running around changing forum links..
Might be worth pursuing ToolsLib....This sort of problem would not exist there.

kyhi's windows 10 pe iso is good one, and nicely compiled.
thanks for the developer who compiled that one.
also the "modify windows pe " tools are great one for adding or removing apps .
    Thanks again, bye.

Modify Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable PE Rescue Disk
    [/dl]
    Good Morning Kyhi.

I was extremely happy to find and read your post for the PE Recovery ISO. It's something that I wanted for a while and couldn't find the time to do (the last time I built a WinPE was in 2008, lol).

Question: I need to add drivers for the Intel NUC NUC5i5RYH chipset. Everytime I boot, I have to wait, shut down and reboot as it will not recognise the keyboard and mouse plugged into the USB ports on the first try.

So am I on the right track? Is it the chipset? And if yes, how do I add the drivers using the MODIFY_WINPESE tool or is there some other way to do this?

    Thanks in advance.

you need to export the needed driver(s) from the host...

Then use Modify PE to mount the PE image (as an off-line Image) then add-drivers..

if you save below as command file - run from same directory as modify PE - run all on the host you wish to export drivers from...
those two commands will export the host drivers into a folder and then add them to PE image.. Do this during the pause in Modify... I injected a pause command into code below - so you can remove any NOT needed drivers from drivers folder first...
If the driver requires a reboot, even after going the above route, you can not use that driver with PE..

    Code:
    @echo off
    Dism /online /Export-Driver /Destination:"%~dp0Drivers"
echo.&echo. Remove Not needed drivers from drivers folder
    echo.&pause
    Dism /Image:"%~dp0Temp\Mounted-Wim" /Add-Driver /Driver:"%~dp0Drivers" /Recurse
    echo.&pause
    exit
