Windows 10: Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk
download speed between MS OneDrive server and your network..
Gotta no control over that...
I know, OneDrive is always slow for me.....
Anyway it download (26 minutes for me) and started up as VM fine. I'll try booting it later. Thanks for the update.
Downloading here, 1h20 min, I miss the US...
By the way, I downloaded Win8.1PESE_x64 with no error.
You can use either ISO - both will work.. but Win10 is backwards compatible
It works!! Did you upload it again? If no (the short links are the same), so I suggest you to upload it to another server, cause we could see that people from another country (not the US) may have problems then you can help more people... Thank's for this team!
I did not change a thing... Same download you said failed twice before...
Yes it is.
Uploads and downloads are capped (I'm not sure how exactly) but for example I can only upload 3GB per day to OneDrive (this is nothing to do with my connection speed). I can move files within OneDrive immediately but if they are over 2GB can't move them to a shared folder (owned by someone else) at all.
The strange behavior of OneDrive is not the fault of @Kyhi. If it was me I'd probably give up and host it on DropBox which seems more reliable but this thread shouldn't degenerate into pros and cons of various cloud solutions as obviously the download works.
Dropbox has a 2GB limit and uploads way to slow..
I tried dropbox at first, but gave up when the 850MB upload was going to take 13 Hrs..
compared to 1.5 Hrs for onedrive
Here is a pic PE desktop with Active, aomie and showkey
Does anyone know how this software can be configured to boot from usb on uefi/gpt.
I formatted usb using rufus on the relevant mode then dragged over the contents of another usb where it does work on bios/mbr set up.
But when booting...
Have a new Double Power 8.1 Tablet that I've upgraded to Win 10. Now I've got it set up just right, I'm attempting to create a Rescue Disk. Purchased a 16gb micro-usb drive which is successfully recognized. Ran 'Create Rescue Disk' from Windows...
I have a new laptop with win 7 pro installed. Once Win 10 is installed in July how will I be able to create a system restore disk?
Just sharing this.
I made another boo-boo today and deleted 500GB worth of media files (just movies and music). Don't ask me how because that's something nobody wants to do. :)
I don't keep a backup of these files. For me these are disposable...
