I saw the first page, just want to know if the download is still valid.
It's 20 years old in internet time.

The tool is widely used in Ten Forums for boot failure and to recover files.
While using the tool the drive can be checked.
It has the ability to use browsers etc.

    It's 1.32 GB

The 1st Post has been updated numerous times since 2015 , but the Date of the 1st post doesn't change which make it look to some as if it is 3yrs old..... It is working Just fine for me when needed for the last 3 yrs ...all 3 versions....

However if you'd like to make your Own WinPe Disk? Kyhi, the OP, has also started another Thread for a DIY version using a "Kit" of Downloads here :

@dictum - there is a clue on the first page:
    Win10XPE_1803R_180908_x64 NEW

    - it's 1803 based - it used to be 1607 I think..

I just built a new version using a freebie 4GB UFD I got from Canon at SpiceWorld in October. The Rescue Disk just keeps getting better and better. It booted right up from the bootable flash drive created using Rufus 3.3 (UEFI, FAT32). My older Lenovos do a lot better booting from USB 2 UFDs, so I was glad to get some freebies at that show. Thanks @Kyhi!

You would need to mount the Boot.wim - make your revisions - commit the boot.wim
