    Update on Norton's 5/27/16

Norton has fixed this issue with dm_log_collector.exe and it HAS been added to their Safe File List !!!! This issue is now solved and the case is Closed. Whew ......its been a long day .... But I can Finally report this issue is FIXED!!

If anyone still has a problem with downloading dm_log_collector.exe being removed from your computer, Its a problem with your older definitions files in your Norton's, Conflicting with the NEW Updated definitions files. If this is the case, then the solution is to do a clean install of your Norton's and the issue will be fixed. ( Most people will NOT have to do a clean install, only those that have downloaded the file BEFORE two weeks ago.)

Hope this solves the problem for any future downloads of dm_log_collector.exe .
    Mike. :)

Not only that Craig , the Norton level 3 tech, after logging on our forum told me he wants to join and become a member for his own personal reasons. He loved our Windows 10 support and apps that we offer everyone, plus Brinks Tutorials!!!! :)
