Recently on an another forum, I informed a user who was faced with buying a new licence for Windows as he had lost his Windows 8 (self installed) key, had upgraded (several months earlier), but for some reason windows 10 became inactivated. I told him about showkeyplus.

I then got a fairly abusive email from a nasty person suggesting that I obviously engage in solitary physical pleasure, saying everybody knew it was impossible to retrieve old key after windows.old has gone, and stop giving such crap advice.

Imagine my satisfaction when the OP replied saying Showkeyplus did the trick and was very grateful . PS the other guy never had the grace to aplogise of course.

One think I like about this forum is it is generally very friendly!

Had to believe, because I run Norton on 2 computers, and ShowkeyPlus has no problem running at all. :)

I'm pretty thick skinned about such idiots.

I always remember the Dilbert classic truism:

    Never argue with idiots.

They drag you down to their level.

Then they beat you with experience.
