    Ok sounds good. For the time being I am using version 1.1.13.38662 on that system (which still works)
    @bigdog
    Sorry, I haven't been able to do proper troubleshooting on this yet... just did a quick test on a 1909 build and it worked fine

    .. so is Store version (1.1.14.0) also broken in 1909? - just trying to eliminate the obvious (which is the transparency component added in 1.1.14.1)

    Tried with the latest 1909 update ... still none the wiser

    Attachment 285947

    BTW: Build 2004 has proven to be more reliable given the drop in error reports at the Store - I still don't get full data due to those that have basic diagnostic settings, however

    Nevertheless we shall try to get to the bottom of it, 'cause we are tech soldiers...yeah?

    Thanks I appreciate it. In the meantime I will just use the older version as that still shows my key

    I have to say this little program saved me $100 for an upgrade. I had purchased a notebook because water was spilled on another laptop. That's another story. The notebook came pre-installed with Win 10 Home edition. On my other pc I had win 10 pro installed (upgraded from Windows 7 Ultimate).
    I needed to change a setting, but there was no option for it on the Home edition. With the Pro edition gives you more options. I had searched for 2 days for the 7 Ultimate packaging I had purchased years ago. At first, I had tried cmd prompts trying to retrieve the 7 Ultimate Retail Key on the 2nd pc but was unsuccessful. Downloaded the program and came up instantly, Original Win 7 Ultimate Retail key. Used it to upgrade from Home to Pro edition.
    Still haven't found the windows 7 case.

    Nice to hear,,, I have been busy with business (damn lockdowns...!) so was unable to respond earlier - but thanx - I have checked the MS Store app. but thankfully most replies have been positive (4-5 stars) so at least we don't have an immediate upgrade necessity
