The one DavidY posted is generic anyway.
No Edwin I mean you too. I once pixelated and Craig told me I only have to click the key numbers and it makes XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX_AD7V or whatever your last four are. Then just make a windowshot.

Once you get the first error message, it's best to screenshot everything, and don't expect the next click or whatever to work as it's supposed to.

It's not the first rule of software testing, but probably in the top 30.

Like before my upgrade, and then my clean install, I made screenshots and docs of what I thought would help later and save to my 2nd internal where my libraries are located:). But I never had any problems with ShowKey, but I saved the info anyhow.

    CoreConnected OEM:DM

    Dear,

Perhaps you can help me out.
When i ran the showkey app on a Pc i get a Edition: Win 8.1 RTM CoreConnected OEMM key.
Is that a Win 8.1 OEM Bing version or just a normal Win 8.1 OEM version.
The idea was to reinstall Win 8.1 on a OEM Pc (Key is in BIOS) with a fresh Win 8.1 iso file.

    Thanks in advance.

Yep, that's correct - The standard download edition ( w/ Media creator tool) won't work with that key - it must be the "Bing" edition - hopefully you have restore partition to reset your PC.

    @TeamTheme
I will pass along a test build soon - just having issues with screen transition with the Metro dll.

The new "Metro Version" isn't affected by themes. It stay's as you designed it(You know like with Ccleaner, remember the grumbling there) But... personally I like the flat look.

Being a tool "most" users will only need to use once or twice, it shouldn't matter, important it's readable.

Here are a couple of screenshots:

    First Windows high contrast

Now Uxstyles patched with a dark theme

As you can see with the dark theme it is much harder to read, that's why I say the flat(new) version is better for a tool.
