Because your app accesses personal information, you need to supply a working link to a privacy policy in the “privacy policy URL” field when you submit the app. Include the privacy policy URL during app submission under the Store Listings section. If you need additional assistance with updating your privacy policy URL, please contact Developer Support via your Dev Center or here: Windows developer support – Windows app development

2. Add a Privacy Policy on the App Stores
Why you'll want a privacy policy on the app store
Europe: The essential scope of information about data processing must be available to the users before app installation, via the app store according to Europe's privacy think tank, Article 29 Working Party. Read more USA & more: The principles [California law regarding mobile apps that collect personal information] include making an app’s privacy policy available to consumers on the app platform, before they download the app. Read more App stores: The app stores themselves require privacy policies more and more often. This is part of a push by California's AG to get Amazon, Apple, Google, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, RIM and Facebook to improve the privacy situation in the mobile sphere. I searched. "ShowKeyPlus" gives nothing. "ShowKey+" seems to give lots of air hockey games for some incomprehensible reason. The only other use of "Key" I could think of (apart from a key obviously) was those islands off Florida - perhaps "Key" means "Puck" in some language I'm not aware of.
Anyway if your picture doesn't look like this lot you'll be right I think.
