Post screen images blanking all but last five digits as asked. so we can see motre info. Hard to diagnose playing 20 questions.

I have never seen showkeyplus get it wrong since I started using it.

Use produkey as a cross check.

Cnet gives only Installed Key code , which did not match with ShowKeyPlus result. Please download at - (Microsoft Windows Product Key Viewer - Free download and software reviews - CNET Download.com ) and crosscheck yourself . Thanks .

That thing from Cnet is way off on mine. I know both my keys, and showkey shows my regular 8.1 Pro key and the media center key I'm using now.

I wouldn't trust that tool from Cnet myself, I think it just made one up if you ask me.

People here do not need to crosscheck - we know the answer!

To convince youself, do a crosscheck with well known keyfinders eg as I said earlier using produkey, magical jellybean finder, belarc etc and they will give same answers as Showkeyplus.

Not even remotely close to my key. I have all my keys well documented. I have no idea where it pulled this key from.

The key the CNET key finder shows for me is TY4CG-JDJH7-VJ2WF-DY4X9-HCFC6 which looks to be a Windows 10 (Home) generic key. It's not the generic key you get with the digital entitlement though. And I'm running Pro anyway. Not much of a key finder. I think somebodies coding skills are lacking. I wouldn't trust it. Just deleted it actually.

Hmmm... seems I'm a bit late to the party...so, nothing to see here then?
@alphanumeric, that's is strange - even if they did use the wrong algorithm, they should not get a key for the wrong edition...really weired.

Don't matter, as yours does exactly what we want, and WORKS VERY WELL, and looks like most of us agree. :)

I'm not even sure its a Windows 10 key? This PC doesn't have an embedded key and I clean installed with a digital entitlement. I did use a PID.txt file with the generic Pro key though to force a Pro install. Even so the key the CNeT utility gave back wasn't even close to any key I have on record. showkey is what I recommend on any forum I'm a member of. Anyway, we now return you to our regularly scheduled programing.
