I found a link for a preview version so downloaded that. First thing I noticed was the warning from Windows Defender but I ran it anyway. It gave the same info as the other version. It just says OEM Key: Windows 7 OEM marker present in firmware. It doesn't show the old Windows 7 key anywhere just the new Windows 10 one.
I got the same info about Win7 on a Dell Latitude Renew/Refurbish machine that I bought [$149] with Win10 installed.

You are sure that there was no clean install of Win 10 subsequent to the upgrade?
Zip these two reg keys and PM them to me if you can - I will see if I can decode them manually
When I used my old PC's Windows 7 Home Basic's OEM key on Windows 10 Home, slmgr/dli showed that the license has turned retail and showed the Generic Windows 10 Home key.

Only the latter Win 10 versions provide the OEM generic key.
I haven't tested since then (I needed to go dig up that VM) - I will need to find an un-used OEM key first.
