Can't give stars any more when not working. A good application would be when you work. Worked before but suddenly stopped working, a message appears that: "The table cannot be null. Parameter name: bytes "Then the program will remain in the opening mode and not open properly, but to get stuck in it. Has been attempted to repair, restore, uninstalled and reinstalled and run as administrator but does not always help the same announcement and fault??? Quickly increase the otherwise good softa.

Problem is I'm not getting failure reports from MS anymore ( probably because of user privacy settings etc) but makes it difficult to troubleshoot as each installation is different.

It seems in this case previous versions worked but 1.1.13.0 is not - no idea where it's breaking
(doesn't help either that Partner Centre has a bug now on the site that prevents me sending them replies (like requests to post their issues here. )

I often see reviews on apps saying its not working. Ether they've done something they shouldnt or an update messed it up and all they need to do is reinstall it.

Yup I haven't analysed yet but in the last 30 days with 1.1.13.0 there have been 2,121 user sessions and 37 failure hits - a bit high for my liking but as you say who knows what strange setups some may have.
