Can I import people from People App on another computer?

For some reason the people in the People App on my desktop disappeared. Those on my laptop are still present.
Is there some way I can get them from the laptop to desktop?

Both machines run under the same MS account.

    Thank you.

    Hi.

If open people on your desktop, click the gear (Settings) is your MS account listed under accounts. If there is it syncing?

Further down the settings is "Filter Contact List". If you click does your MS account have a check mark so it shows these contacts?

The People app synchronises with the contacts in your Microsoft account. Login into that account at Outlook.com - Microsoft free personal email and check your contacts and options. Check all People apps on all your PCs are linked to the correct MS account.

    Heh, Heh!

A KBTC error caused the problem. There was a small "people" icon on the Task Bar that I assumed would get me to
People. Of course it didn't. I found that using Start/People would get me to a fully functional app. I then got rid of the Task Bar icon.

    Hanging head in shame.

    Thanks again.

I figured you might ask! Actually it was a KBTCI error. Keyboard to chair interface.

It sounds like a BTCI (brain to keyboard interface) problem to me!

Oh a Picnic error... Problem in chair, not in computer.

    Glad you got it sorted.
