Cant install Microsoft Visual C++ x84

Hi,

im trying to install visual c++ without success. I can install the x64 version without problems but not the x86.
I get the message that "C:\ProgramData\Package Cache{221D6DB4-46E2-333C-B09B-5F49351D0980}v14.13.26020\packages\vcRuntimeMinimum_amd64" is missing.

I cant either uninstall it nor install it I get the same message I tried the windwos fix tool but no success.
How am i able to fix this ?

Follow these directions from reddit:
"I found the solution elsewhere. It said to Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed. troubleshooter button on the link. Run
it - choose option - have problem with installing - it lists programs -
choose the missing / problematic visual c++ runtimes in the list it will run and get fixed.Repeat for each visual c++ you having problems with. I ran the program multiple times."

Edit: You are talking about Windows Fix Tool. If it is the Windows Troubleshooter I indicated, you should try the application installation problem and also the uninstallation (there could be the C++ that you uninstalled, not completely uninstalled).

Édit 2: Here is another solution (the solution with 33 up: c++ - Missing vc_runtimeminimum_x86.msi and installation won't work - Stack Overflow
