Windows 10 Store Apps/Games Download Failing (Error Code 0x80080207)

Hello, i'm having an issue with downloading apps from win 10 store.

That is bassicaly what i get every single time.
Now i have posted a topic on Microsoft Community forums, but it's dragging along and my feeling is that that reply that i got is the only one that i will get.
They did provide me with steps to follow, first two didn't find/fix any issues, third one i couldn't execute due to an error which i don't understand and therefore cannot fix on my own. Any help would be appreciated.

It is really frustrating as i want to explore different apps/games but i'm being stopped dead in my tracks.

Hi there! I have been experiencing the same issue, but to avoid wasting time, I simply gave up for simpler games from the App Store. My best find till date is this arcade platformer: https://itunes.apple.com/en/app/elec...963759829?mt=8 and you won’t find it anywhere else, not even on play.google.com! However, do note that the Windows 10 Store: http://www.microsoft.com/en-u.s/store/game does come with some pretty cool games! It’s sad that it just isn’t working as planned right now. I would have loved to try Gameloft.com’s Modern Combat 5: Blackout on Windows 10. It will hopefully happen soon!
