Neat Download Manager problrem

I use the Neat Download Manager. Simple but excellent, unique.

Usually, it appears on the taskbar when launched, and remains there whether or not the interface is open or closed.

It still works, but today, it stopped appearing on the taskbar, and is no longer is present in the 'Select which icons appear on the taskbar" settings area.

I've tried to contact the developer in the past but got no response.

Check in Window's Taskbar Settings.
There should be toggles to enable/disable things that show in the Taskbar's System Tray.

Some Apps also have a setting that allows the App to show a Taskbar Icon.
Nvidia Control Panel in like that.

I decided to reboot and see what happens.
