UPDATE: Problem may be fixed. I will check 'Task Scheduler' thru the next day and see if anything pops up.

I was looking at my screen when I saw a command prompt popup and close at 6:18pm pacific.
I went to Task Scheduler as describe above and it turns out it is CCleaner Update and CCleanerCrashReporting
    Not Nvidia.

I do not have that program installed. I did earlier this year to try to uninstall a program that would not do so the normal Windows way. It did not work so I uninstalled it.

Looks like I got a remnant somewhere. I found 19 files and 14 folders remnants!
    C:\Program Files\CCleaner

So much for Windows uninstalling! Revo Uninstaller also does not show it.
See below. No 'uninst.exe' was found.
In a google search it looks like many people have the problem.

    CCleanerCrashReporting.job found in c:\windows\tasks

4 other files in c:\users\my name\Appdata\Local\Packages\Microsoft etc. etc.

The fix for uninstalling was to install a new copy then I used the 'uninst.exe' now in the folder to uninstall.
The entire folder is now gone

Note: If CCleaner does not appear in the uninstall list, you need to navigate to the installation folder (typically, C:\Program Files\CCleaner) folder and open the “uninst.exe” file.

Revo Uninstaller also does not show it.
It won't if you've already used the standard uninstaller - because that's removed what it looks for when scanning for installed progs initially.

That's why elsewhere I and others have recommending reinstalling (using the same path as previously) then uninstalling with e.g. Revo.

Note too that's why such tools also have a custom uninstall feature (Revo calls it 'Forced Uninstall') which lets you browse to remnants and start from a folder or exe for example.

The risk then is that the scan does not detect all remaining remnants and the process needs to be repeated.
