GlarySoft poor support

I have been trying in vain for two weeks to get a refund from this Beijing based company.

They overcharged me during 2018-2023 and eventually refunded part of that in March 2023 (£14.97). I paid in advance as usual for another year's subscription (£14.97) on 29th March 2023 but my GlarySoft Pro was not activated.

They now claim that the single refund was for the 2023-2024 year - which I had not cancelled! Delibarate cheating, or just incompetence?

Anyone else had similar issues please?

They've probably applied the latest payment to cover the refunded period.

I think they have offices in both China and USA but could be wrong.
