Directory Opus
Just wondering if anyone has used Directory Opus to replace Explorer. If so what are the benefilts.

No but i did try a couple of other file managers that can replace explorer. I don't see a benefit. It's better not to mess with explorer and just use some other third party file managers (without replacing explorer) if you need more functionality or have some specific requirement.
It's not that a 3rd party file manager FULLY replaces file explorer.. that's always there (think desktop etc).
It only replaces file explorer where that is used as a file manager.
That may be helpful if, for example, you wanted certain special features offered by a 3rd party file manager. E.g. its scripting or macro capabilities, dual pane view, folder sizing etc.
