Looking for a clock that can be set for any time in world on desktop

A year or so ago, I was able to access the original Microsoft Widgets and, in the selection, there was a clock that looked like an old school clock. It could be set to any time in the world and the location would show on the clock's face. I'm looking for that clock or a reasonable facsimile (free) for my desktop. It also could be moved to anywhere on the Desktop. Any suggestions? I can't access those widgets on my W10 computer anymore.
