Anybody see "Dev Home" installed ?

I saw this app in Task Manager/App History after rebooting following the install of kb5034843.

Never seen this app, before. I'm neither a Windows Insider nor a developer.
For now, I uninstalled it using the info at this page:

I see this from the Store:
Dev Home Azure Extension provides Azure integration into the Dev Home experience. This extension provides repository recommendations for Dev Home's machine configuration tool as well as Azure widgets for the dashboard. You will need Dev Home installed in order to use this extension.

This is an open source project and we welcome community participation. To participate, please visit GitHub - microsoft/DevHomeAzureExtension: Dev Home Azure Extension
    and for the update
    KB5034843 Windows 10 Cumulative Update Preview build 19045.4123 (22H2)

This update addresses an issue that affects Azure Virtual Desktop sessions. There are delays when you sign in.
This update addresses an issue that affects Azure Virtual Desktop virtual machines. At random, they restart. This occurs because of an access violation in lsass.exe.
    - so there is a potential connection.

    This describes Dev Home

I choose not to receive preview updates via group policy so have not received this.

You might like to post under that News item and ask a specific question as your title does not mention the update.
