CCleaner problem - see detailed description

Hello,
Have some problem with "CCleaner".
Here what happens:
I wanted to make a routine backup image with "Macrium Reflect".
Before starting the backup, I usually run 'sfc scan' and 'CCleaner', to clean coockies, check registry, and Health check to clean what it finds, only then I start the backup.
Well, it seems I ran the 'sfc scan' and 'CCleaner Health check' at the same time. I noticed the sfc scan is 'hesitating'
and in 'CCleaner Health chk' there were some findings to clean, but when I selected to 'Make it better','CCleaner' remained on the screen but not responding. (Waited for about half an hour).
Had to stop it in the 'Task Manager'.
Started again the 'Sfc scan', waited until it ended (OK), then started the 'CCleaner', all its functions work fine eccept 'Health chk' which does only half of the job : scans and finds, but selecting to cleen - it is not responding.

What I did so far: Reinstaled "CCleaner Portable" (free).
Rebooted, and ran sfc scan. OK
Then started again 'CCleaner', 'Health chk' worked fine, had some findings (2 - 3 GB to clean), and stopped responding.
Any help please.

Well, I should not done it simultaneously, but I did. (My mistake)
Is there some way to make corrections, anything ?

Are you experiencing any functional problems other than CCleaner failing to complete some scan?

If your only problem is with Ccleaner, I suggest you ditch it or only use the cookie feature, say.

Ran sfc scan and dism chk health, both ended succesfully - no issues.
System and programs acting normally.
FYI, Found Comunity CCleaner. Com, while searching for answers, well, I am not the only one with this CCleaner issue.
