For the most part, modifying the ConsentPromptBehaviour keys in registry worked to require UAC on most uninstalls. However I noticed theres still some apps that don't prompt UAC when uninstalling and therefore bypass the admin password prompt. It seems like these apps are user specific apps or windows apps such as the ones listed in Uninstall Apps in Windows 10

Is it possible to apply some kind of password for uninstalling these apps too?
