iCloud for Windows won't download or install

    iCloud for Windows won't download or install


    Hi:
    I go to the Microsoft Store & try to download iCloud for Windows. I get the following error message:


    When I've googled the error, it only says that I have to have Windows Media Player enabled, which I do. I've also rebooted per the error message. Any suggestions on how I can download & install it.

    There's a non-Store version here:
    Reddit iCloud
    - no idea what version it is... just a thought. Otherwise there maybe a more recent one somewhere...

    Thanks. I tried it, but still got an error message that it wouldn't work. I'll try again by removing iCloud for windows instead of repairing it & then try again. First, I have to make a backup of course.

    I have an i-phone but don't use i-cloud, i-tunes or WMP. Maybe try the steps here:

    This worked. I completely removed iCloud for windows & then reinstalled it.
