Yes, the built-in one.
To open it, you can put this in the Run dialog or make a shortcut to it for convenience.
Do please bear in mind that screensavers are a solution to a problem that disappeared a couple of decades ago.Code:rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL desk.cpl,,1
They serve no purpose nowadays apart, possibly, from entertainment.

Hi there
I run a free program called Lively Wallpapers. It might be of interest to you.
I've installed it on my Desktop PC but it also comes as a Microsoft App.
I personally use it to run homemade animations as a screensaver.

I used to use ScreenSaver Commander for the custom Screensavers I used to collect back then:
ScreenSaver Commander - Search
Now I collect cool wallpaper images, and have my screen play a randomized list of those wallpapers once my computer goes inactive.
So when my computer goes inactive for 10 minutes, it will lock my account, and random images start to play.
I have a really cool wallpaper collection:

(lol last updated about 7 years ago. Got so many more images. Links don't work anymore, but if you want, I can make a new big compilation for people to download.)
