Exit (close program) as many installed or portable programs as possible if their icons are present in the system tray. Ignore system icons like battery/ network/ volume.

Make a note of those and check for updates for each if them. Install updates if available.

If you install updates, again exit those programs so that their icons are not present in the system tray.

Then run the batch file again and wait for it to complete then reboot.

If it only happens intermittently then it's likely triggered by running or launching one of the (third party) programs that you can see in the system tray.
I'm documenting your instructions, and if/when it shows up again, I follow that advice. In that event, I'll report back with the results.
