Has anyone gotten Acrobat Reader DC to load on Windows 10?
After finding a user sufficiently castrated that Windows 10 would actually run Edge, I downloaded the installer and it says, "installation will begin shortly". After a couple of hours I'm forced to assume "shortly" is using a glacial time scale.

I've been using Acrobat Reader DC for sometime in Windows 10 v1903 (and earlier) to v2004. (I'm not sure if I've used it yet on one of our v20H2 PCs.)
However, after setting up a new HP laptop, I have some issues. Everything runs great, except Acrobat Reader will run for a hour or two or a few days and then suddenly double-clicking on a PDF and Reader fails to start up (usually ok if it's still open). I believe it's related to the handoff of the filename to the program (can't recall the process name). Killing Acrobat in Task Master does not solve it, only rebooting solves it. I've reloaded Acrobat a couple times and that doesn't help.

One difference between this laptop and the prior is this new one has Corel PDF Fusion (seldom used) and SoftMaker FlixiPDF 2009 which I use a lot.
