OneDrive online is not oneDrive windows 10
My oneDrive online had different files and folders than my oneDrive in my windows 10 (explorer.) Some are the same but if I put a file into my windows 10 onedrive, it won't show online.

Do you somehow have two different accounts?
Or perhaps synching or Onedrive integration is disabled. See Tutorials on Onedrive.
Did you set your own configuration settings or did you just let Microsoft determine the default settings? Have you examined/checked those default settings?
The sync if turned off, I did that to have not all my files sync. But I did not wanted to have ALL my personal files on OneDrive and all my folders on my computer to sync: like documents, pictures etc...
The OneDrive folder in Windows Explorer is just that, a folder, albeit with the name OneDrive (Microsoft like to do these things to confuse the unsuspecting). It's no different to folders called Documents, Downloads, Desktop, and/or whatever other folder the user might like to create.
Without synching turned on, there is no connection to the online storage OneDrive provided by Microsoft. Without synching, files placed in the computer folder OneDrive cannot be seen by the online storage OneDrive.
