Hello all,
I have recently gone from HDD to SSD on my computer
I have seen on the Internet, the above program which claims to keep drive in good condition.
My drive is around 3 months old, brand new, made by Crucial BX 500
I ask is this just a gimmick ?
I always thought an SSD drive needed no attention as there are no moving parts

It's a bit of a gimmick. I take it you mean Abelssoft SSD Fresh as advertised by Ashampoo?
1. If you give your real email address you'll get spammed with offers.
2. Most tweaks are aimed at reducing the number of read/ writes on the drive but you could mostly apply these manually yourself.
3. Don't run third party Defrag utilities, keep TRIM enabled and don't use any secure file/ folder/ free space erasing tools.
4. Keep plenty of free space available.
