How to stop "Sleep and Charge Is Ready" notifications on Toshiba lap

My Toshiba laptop (P875-S7102) has started notifying me that "Sleep and Charge is ready" several times a day.
It does this when I plug/unplug my phone from the USB -- whether I'm trying to d/l photos or charge the phone.
Is there a way to turn this notification off?

I figured it out. When you click on the Notifications Icon (lower right of screen) It gives you a list of all the notifications that have come through. In the upper right corner of each notification box there is an "X" to close it. Right under the "X" there is a tiny gear for settings. If you click on that, you are given two options, one of which is "Turn of all notifications for System Settings." I clicked that and ......... no more "Sleep and Charge is ready" notifications. Whew!
