    I followed the guide on "https://blog.sreb.me/2018/11/28/force-remove-uwp-app" to remove it (1803, not 20h2).
    I opened db browser sqlite via nsudo.
    I don't understand SQL, unfortunately.
    I removed the "TRG_AFTERDELETE_Package_Key" trigger and still get the same error

Removing Cortana permanently?

Is it true that there is no way to permanently remove Cortana in W10 home so it does not run in the background or report back to MS? I've searched the web, taken possession of the searchui file and disabled it, but task manager shows it...
My system time is correct (Central Time Zone + Daylight Savings Time). Cortana is displaying UTC -4 - it should be UTC -5. How do I correct?
