Stellar Repair for Video - not responding ERROR

I bought Stellar Repair for Video a month ago and after connecting my laptop to the site and plugging in the product code I received immediate confirmation that everything went right. But, when I open the application the little blue ring keeps spinning around and then 30 seconds in a File Explorer message says "StellarRepairforVideo.exe is not responding. Close the program or Wait for the program to respond"

I figured that my computer probably had some malware issues but I would need to wait and backup everything before I reinstalled Windows again. Well, today I finally got around to it. I wiped my drive with DiskGenius and then reinstalled Windows 10 from a flash drive. Got everything in order then connected to the internet to download Stellar, verified the product code and once all was done the same error message appears when I attempt to open the application.

No help pages found concerning this error. My best guess is a driver compatibility issue but I installed the best graphics drivers already.

Anyone got some ideas about this?

No ideas about this specific program, but I bought a 1 year subscription to the Stellar Phoenix program for Eudora. My experience was pretty negative. Incomplete conversions, and lousy tech support. So I would not recommend this company.

    Can you get a refund?

I didn't try and find out, usually that sort of thing becomes a big ordeal so I'm going to look for another software program and forget about it.

I need something that can fix videos that were interrupted while saving them. I've accidentally unplugged the camera during download because I thought they were finished, so they didn't close and stamp correctly. The images are in there but they aren't coded for play properly. I'm considering Mini-Tool. Their reputation appears to be much better than Stellar.

Making sure I am less impatient and double-checking everything before I clear my camera also helps prevent this error.
