I don't know what has happened, I used Lastpass yesterday with no problems, but today when I try to log in all I get is a grey screen with a large engraved "Lastpass...|" in the centre of the screen?
Anyone got any idea what is happening?
I get the same on rare occasions. (I only use the browser extension and not the desktop app).
It's usually an internet connection or server issue so if it persists hard reset your router and reboot computer.
Already done that, got me nowhere. I have tried to find a support page for lastpass, but keep getting "This is for business use only". I can't find a help page anywhere? And my browser is working fine on all other sites?
Try:

See if you can log in that way. From memory it will send you an email confirmation before you can log in.
State if you are using the desktop app (installed) or the browser extension. If the latter - which browser?
Also to rule out DNS issues:

I have used Opera browser for years, Lastpass is on my browser as a Speed Dial and in the system tray as a browser app, and I can get on my Lastpass site using the app, but the entries are missing quite a few sites and is showing sites that I have removed months ago. So I think the app is way out of date? Still cannot get on my up to date site using the Speed Dial on my browser?
If it's in the system tray which app is showing the icon? Typically your browser would not show a lastpass icon in system tray. Or at least it does not show up for me.
Suggest:
Uninstall lastpass desktop or store app. (If installed). Remove the browser extension.
Reboot and reinstall whatever you removed unless you only need the browser extension in which case re-add it to your browser.
Try logging in here using your email address and password.

LastPass is changing master password requirements for all users: all master passwords must meet a 12-character minimum. If your master password is less than 12-characters, you will be required to update it.

If you follow the instructions above and confirm your master password is 12-characters or longer, no further action is required!

The in-product prompt will be your final notice before you will be forced to logout and set a new master password.
Act today to avoid potential account lockouts or delays in support requests that may occur when this change is enforced.
What if I am locked out of my account and/or don’t remember my master password?
You can use account recovery on the LastPass website or browser extension if you have logged in at least once on your device. Click "Forgot password" on the login screen and follow the step-by-step process.

I have always used a password that is over 12 Characters long. Anyway the problem is now solved (I think?). The app icon in the upper right taskbar on my browser is hidden in a cube shaped icon, clicking on this icon allows me to access Lastpass vault items on my browser, so I copied the url from the Lastpass app, and copied it to my Speed Dial, as a result I can now use the Speed Dial to access my Lastpass Vault.
I still don't know why this problem occurred in the first place?
